Mr. Mennonna is team player in the NICU, widely known for his sense of humor and rapport with patients. He participates on the Respiratory Care Committee and is a member of the Quality and Safety Committee. Al also collects outcomes data from NICU surgeries, in order improve surgical procedures in the future.
