Ms. Gilbart is committed to providing the highest quality of care to her NICU patients. Her clinical passion and research activities focus on continuity of care (COC) and parental views on the value of COC in the complex NICU environment. Through this research, she plans to better understand COC, transform NICU relationships, and improve patient care. Connection with families is one of the most rewarding parts of her job.
