Ms. Chiappi has been a PA for more than 30 years. She is a staunch advocate of Family Centered Care and understands the importance of family involvement in newborn care and decision-making within the NICU. She loves to celebrate with families as their newborns overcome obstacles, grow and learn; and she’s humbled by the relationships she gets to have with NICU families. Ms. Chiappi also takes an active role in mentoring students and residents.
